Capacity building session to include understanding the state's HIV Criminalization statute, current legislation proposed impacting Medicaid Expansion and SNAP program, mobilize individuals to participate in scheduled Lobby Days across the state, and partner with other local entities to facilitate a debriefing forum on best practices and next steps.
